A Lasting Gift

Special occasions are a big part of family life. The joy of sharing these events brings families and friends closer together. Through our "Tribute Gift" program you are able to recognize the milestones in family life and/or memorialize departed loved ones.

Tribute Opportunities include :

Artman Lutheran Home :
For a gift of $250, a 12" x 12" Memorial Remembrance Stone with your loved one's name and an additional line will be placed in an All Seasons Garden walkway and recognized in the LLS newsletter, At Liberty.
For a gift of $100 a 6" x12" Memorial Recognition Stone with your loved one's name will be placed in an All Seasons Garden walkway and recognized in the LLS newsletter, At Liberty.

Paul's Run Retirement Community :
For a gift of $100 a Memorial Plaque engraved with your loved one's name will be placed on a Memorial Tablet in the Interfaith Chapel and recognized in the LLS newsletter, At Liberty.

Lutheran Children and Family Service :
For a gift of $100, your loved one's name will be placed on the LCFS Tribute Quilt and recognized in the LLS newsletter, At Liberty.

You and the honoree will receive an acknowledgement for a tribute gift of any size.

You may make a Tribute Gift now on our secure website. Click Here. You may indicate the name of the person in whose honor or memory the Tribute Gift is being given in the appropriate place on the donor website.

Indicate on the "memo line" the organization to which you would like your gift applied and tell us the name of the person for whom the Tribute Gift is being given and the occasion, if any.

Finally, we have many "Naming Opportunities" which can be used to pay tribute to a friend or loved one. These include guest rooms and apartments, Chapels, wings of buildings and many smaller items.
