AVP SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING: The position is responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, implementation and supervision of all marketing and sales activities for Liberty Lutheran senior communities and senior home care services; supervising the staff assigned to these functions. Work with all senior services’ Directors, Business Unit Leaders, and marketing representatives to establish marketing strategies to meet or exceed budgetary goals (occupancy, number of Liberty at Home clients served, etc.) and achieve organizational growth. Provide leadership for senior sales team activities to ensure that all related outcomes of the World Class Objectives are achieved.Coordinate all marketing for senior services sales efforts and oversee the development of print materials for Liberty’s sales efforts to assure that name and brand recognition is achieved in designated market areas. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying a minimum of two (2) references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews, and arranging community tours as appropriate. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits.
