ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II:  Provides administrative assistant work for management including typing, filing and answering phones.  Types, proofreads, prepares and mails all routine letters, memos and correspondence from copy or draft as directed by the Executive Staff/Administrative Supervisor.  Types, copies and collates special.  Answers telephones in a pleasant and clear fashion, identifying Paul's Run and themselves.  When necessary, transfers calls to appropriate person, or records messages including date, time, name, business and phone number.  Assures that inquiries are satisfactorily answered or referred to appropriate staff.  Schedule appointments and maintains calendars for Executive Staff.  Retrieves, opens and sorts business mial and delivers mail.  Maintains office files in an organized, alphabetical and current fashion.  Orders office supplies.  Screens and handles routine resident, family or visitor inquiries, provides information within the scope of knowledge or refers to an employee capable of handling the situation.  Completes paperwork for invoices as requested.  Full time. 

CENTRAL SUPPLY CLERK: Coordinates all activity in central supply, which includes online ordering, receiving and delivering supplies, computerized billing, inventory and accountability.  Pool, as needed.

RN SUPERVISOR (WEEKEND PROGRAM): Full time.  Evaluates LPN and CNA personnel during the month of their yearly hire date and before the end of the probationary period.  Holds monthly staff meetings (or more often as needed) with LPN's and CNA's and documents attendance and topics discussed.  Makes daily rounds every 2 hours on all residents, checking for health issues, compliance with care plan, assuring basic resident dignity and ADL's are being met.  Supervises nursing staff in the implementation of plan of care to assist residents in attaining or maintaining hightest physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing.  Educates and develops nursing staff as indicated. 

CNA: Current PA license and long term care experience required.  Full time, 3 p.m.- 11p.m., 11 p.m.- 7 a.m., Pool, 3 p.m.- 11 p.m.

RN UNIT MANAGER:  The Unit Manager coordinates the care of the resident population. Function as case managers as needed.  They are responsible for the care planning and follow through 24 hours per day.  This is primarily a clinical position with administrative duties as assigned by and in collaboration with ADON. Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.   BSN preferred. Prefer experience with MDS completion.  Long Term Care of hospital SNF experience required.  Supervisory experience required.  Full-time.

TEACHER'S AIDE: Casual, 15 hours per week.  High School Diploma or equivalent required.  1 year experience with children or a combination of education and experience as required by licensure.

SITE COORDINATOR: Part-time, 28 hours per week. AA Degree in related field required. Two years working with youth in a school or community setting. Experience implementing educational curriculum and developing lesson plans. Ability to utilize and maintain database.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST: Pool.  Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.  1 year of acute care or rehabilitation experience required.  Home care experience preferred.  Current certification in CPR.  Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.    

RN: Registered professional nurse with a current PA license.  Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.  1 year of acute care experience, home care, preferred.  Current CPR certification.  Possession of a valid drivers' license and access to reliable transportation is required.  Pool, weekday, weekend, on call.

SPEECH PATHOLOGIST:  Part time and Pool.  Pennsylvania license as a speech language pathologist.  Holds a Master's degree in S/L Pathology.  1 year of clinical experience as a S/L pathologist, two years preferred.  Current CPR certification.  Possession of a valid drivers' license and access to reliable transportation is required.

Advancement
Liberty Lutheran

MARKETING COORDINATOR: Manages the web sites for the Liberty Family of Services through the Content Management System, and is responsible for all timely updates for all sites.
-Works closely with the web site host to ensure consistent and timely functionality of all web sites.
- Works with the AVP of Communications and Marketing, and engages the appropriate Directors in periodic review of the web site.
- Works with the AVP of Communications and the Advancement team for the production, design and mailing of the annual fund appeals and special events. 
- Assists with the design and implementation of Liberty’s internal communications plan which include Liberty Connects, Becoming Informed, the Paul’s Run and Artman Connection newsletter.
- Support and protect the brand by making sure that positive messaging is maintained and establishes consistency in all messages.
- Provide administrative support to the AVP of Communications including meeting schedules, appointments, calendars, bill paying, event coordination, editing and proof reading.
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field
- Experience with design software
- One year experience in the use of a content management system for web site editing.
